@Phil David Morris 2011: Thank you, Phil! Each time I look at this image I seem to interpret a different emotion each time. Thanks to your interpretation, I can definitely see her as either waking up from a dream or about to enter one.

@Calusarus: Thank you, Calusarus! It took several tries to get the focus right. I actually had walked away and then went back to the statue to try again. After all of that, I'm glad the image turned out the way it did!

Hi! That's a very clever composition with an amazing effect of a lively face. I love the high POV, that enhances the begging expression of the statue as well as the fact that only the face is sharp while the environment is blurred. The clear eyes are mesmerizing. Congratulations! And Merry Christmas!
